| Martha Hernandez – Illas, MD, Principal Investigator,
is board certified in Internal Medicine & Rheumatology. She has
actively pursued private practice and clinical research since finishing

| Isaura Mariota, MSN, CCRC, Screening Manager, has nearly
two decades of clinical research experience. She has acquired an in
depth knowledge of drug development in a variety of clinical research
pots. Prior to joining the team at Elite in 2009, she was a Director
of Research in both hospital and private practice. She has experience
in both Phase 1 and Phase 2-3 in the therapeutic areas of women's
health, cardiovascular, oncology, diabetes, pulmonary, gastrointestinal,

| Maria Revoredo, R.N., B.S.N., C.C.R.C., C.C.R.A., President
and Clinic Director, has nearly two decades of clinical research experience.
She has acquired an in depth knowledge of drug development in a variety
of clinical research posts. Prior to the opening of Elite in
2004, she was site director at another large Phase I unit in South
